Delivery time is normally 3 to 5 days perfume Postage and Packing is £3.00 per order regardless of weight, size or number of items in the order and is normally dispatched within 24 hours via first class recorded or special delivery within the UK subject to stock. Basically, if it's got a UK post code then it's £3.00. So why not take advantage of this postal offer and order more than one item. For international shipping orders there is an additional International Shipping Fee of £2.50 on top of the £3.00 We are sorry but we have had to raise the international shipping cost to allow us to send items international signed for as we have had so many items go missing and see this as the only way to combat it. Delivery:
Subject to availability delivery is usually within 2-5 days for UK and Ireland orders as they are dispatched with 48 hours. Overseas orders may take slightly longer.All deliveries are sent from the distribution centre not our office address.
Returns Procedure
If your product is defective in any way please email us at info@discounthealthshop.co.uk. Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included. Email us with the following details:
1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. The product title being returned.
4. Description of the fault.
Once we receive your email we will send you an RMA and return postal address.
Cancellation/Non-faulty Returns
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.
If you cancel after shipment of any goods, you must return them to us within 14 days if they are faulty, or within 7 days if the goods are incorrect or not required. The cost of returning non faulty goods is the responsibility of you the buyer.
Due to hygiene considerations we are only able to accept returns of items for any reason other than faulty goods if the packaging and/or security seal is unbroken. All goods must be returned with their packaging intact and in their original condition.
